As Executive Chef at Stir at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Mark artfully fuses together two philosophies that have continually fueled his passion for all things culinary: local ingredients and inspired menus. A graduate of Philadelphia's Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, Mark has spent more than two decades perfecting the ultimate in high-end culinary experiences and ultra-personalized guest interactions. Through high-profile Executive Chef appointments at Miami Beach's luxe Oceana Bal Harbour, Manhattan's 15 Central Park West, and Sonata Restaurant - a contemporary Philly BYOB that he owned and operated - Mark garnered both a loyal following and an enviable reputation with the local food press.
Mark continues to be driven by creating curated culinary offerings - and infusing unexpected layers of flavor into every step of the process.
