Through high-profile Executive Chef appointments at Miami Beach's luxe Oceana Bal Harbour, Manhattan's 15 Central Park West, and Sonata Restaurant - a contemporary Philly BYOB that he owned and operated - Mark garnered both a loyal following and an enviable reputation with the local food press.
Mark continues to be driven by creating curated culinary offerings - and infusing unexpected layers of flavor into every step of the process.
